We have processes in place to make sure we support all colleagues in the organisation to get the career they want. I am sorry that you have not had a good experience with senior management.. If you haven't I would encourage you to do this at your next PDR meeting

      Excellent Chief Executive who 'walks the talk'. Good training, great benefits in a fast growing company with plenty of opportunities.
