They will sell you the dream of a company going places that cares about it's colleagues and customers.

Everything - they don't care about anything but money, not their people or their customers. Check it out for yourself before you join this awful company.

If you care about your mental health, avoid this team. Management has clear favoritism creating an unfair work environment. Any concerns about this are dismissed and care for mental health from the senior manager is non existent. Staff turnover is extremely high, 6 people have left the team in the space of around 12 months. That alone should tell you everything you need to know.
The company as a whole is not great, with changes to processes and systems every 6 months, high turnover of directors and no clear direction of what is happening within the company.
