      Avantages

      Better than unemployment I guess.

      Inconvénients

      Extremely poor middle and upper management. Management do not have the guts to ask for help for their departments and thus the pressure is put on the employees instead. This company is bad for mental health, and you will not get rewarded for hard work. Salaries are poor compared with industry standards.

This is definitely not the environment we want to create and I hope you felt you could talk to someone about this when you were with us.       Excellent Chief Executive who 'walks the talk'. Good training, great benefits in a fast growing company with plenty of opportunities.

      The people I met within the company.

      Inconvénients

      If you care about your mental health, avoid this team. Management has clear favoritism creating an unfair work environment. Any concerns about this are dismissed and care for mental health from the senior manager is non existent. Staff turnover is extremely high, 6 people have left the team in the space of around 12 months. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. The company as a whole is not great, with changes to processes and systems every 6 months, high turnover of directors and no clear direction of what is happening within the company.
