there is nothing bad I had to say about

The culture is collegial with a supportive environment and straight talk. The company is somewhat dispersed geographically but has team events, and also doing good in the community. The people are all very sharp and good at their jobs. There is a lot of friendly banter.

There is some pressure to "get it done", which can cause some stress. However, the people who do well at the company thrive on such pressure. But it is not for all personality types.
