Avantages
You can choose to be a flexi teacher or fixed-hour teacher. The pay is good and mostly on time, except for some national holidays. The communication with their staff is OK, they give you standards on how you can get bonuses . If you need to teach some special project or a special high-end course to students, you will get training from the trainers which is very helpful. The coursewares are improving across the year, they have fewer mistakes and they are really a great improvement compared to the ones I taught years ago. They have the teachers' notes for us, and we can teach just following the steps, which makes the job really easy for beginners too!
