      Avantages

      Hard working and friendly staff across departments. Long tenure of older employees but short tenure of newer hires.

      Inconvénients

      Only 2 weeks of paid parental leave. Very mediocre 401k match. Lack of transparency from upper leadership into decision making process. More effort is spent on managing optics to senior leadership and corporate parent owners than working to grow the company.

      I had a terrible experience with this company. Week to week I would get conflicting advice, direction and priorities with no recognition of what had previously been discussed. This caused wasted time and frustration. I was relieved to leave the company. Lots of old school culture at this company and leadership lacked consistency and transparency and were often distracted during our rare time together.
