Avantages
Solid company. Been around since the 1970s. provides NON exclusive internet leads and small non recoverable draw ($1800). Semi-laid back work environment. Micro-management=average to high.
Inconvénients
Direct lender/own loan products. Cannot broker out much. Very difficult to qualify prospects, since leads are non exclusive and UW criteria is very tight. Upper management cares about your success. Local management pretends to. Must build up a pipeline that will payout 4-6 months down the road.
