      Avantages

      Excelente ambiente y cultura. Hay dinero para probar diferentes estrategias y buena comunicacion entre equipos.

      Inconvénients

      Los gerentes cambian las cosas cada 2 dias y nunca se logra ver resultados de cualquier experimentacion ya que no hay paciencia para ver si algo funciona. Tampoco hay mucha confianza y otros equipos quieren decirnos que hacer sin la autorizacion de nuestro lider. Algunos AEs son sarcasticos y nos tratan mal a los SDRs y los lideres no les dicen nada.

      Avantages

      The fun thing about the job is meeting plenty of nice people.

      Inconvénients

      Early workdays and late nights extending to weekends. We do nothing here but work, work, and work!! We don't get decent rest days and in some months we only get one or two or none at all!! This is exhausting and it's already affecting my health!
