Avantages

Fun work environment, gained a ton of knowledge.

Inconvénients

Barely any growth opportunity. Sales manager was awful but the branch manager is great! No health benefits for inquiry handlers or account managers.

Flexibility is great here as far as the schedule goes. The people are great and the pay is okay. Work load isn’t extreme

Inconvénients

No room for growth and there is somewhat of a cap on bonus. If the jobs aren’t coming in then it’s hard to hit numbers.
