      Avantages

      Lots of talented coworkers and most people are really easy to work with. Good working environment. The exec team really cares about their employees and makes them a priority. They are also very empowering and supportive of career growth. Within the industry, there are many opportunities to steal market share because we offer great products and have a massive portfolio, so it's a fun challenge to help the company grow.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes there is a lack of communication between departments

      Avantages

      I loved my time at Field Controls in the Engineering department. It is a smaller company, so you get those small company perks like knowing the President on a first name basis. The Engineering Manager was great, and I enjoyed his company. Unfortunately I was laid off when tariffs started up.

      Inconvénients

      Not many cons to this location other than being vulnerable to the economy. Draft Technician are the first to go when times get tough. Being that it is a small company, the room for growth is quite small.

      Avantages

      Fast-Paced and Growth Oriented. Awesome sales culture and leadership. Excellent support, teamwork, strategy and products.

      Inconvénients

      As with any fast-paced company on growth trajectory, it requires passion to work through problems that come up due to new opportunities, systems and processes. The leadership team is very capable and shares in the same passion to see the company thrive.
