Avantages
So many things make my internship experience at Molecula stand out. First, my manager always asks what I want to be involved in and making sure that I am able to work on projects that excite me. As an intern, I expected to be doing more monotonous tasks but I have been able to gain a lot of experience and pick up new skills. Secondly, the company promotes a culture of healthy work-life balance. As an intern who was working while still in school, people on my team have been extremely conscious of my academic schedule and made sure to check in with my about my work load during those periods. People at Molecula genuinely care about your career growth and are happy to help you achieve those goals.
