      Fun events, social group of people to work with, casual work environment

      Inconvénients

      Salaries are laughable, no room for advancement, lack of management, you work really hard and they act like it's a hassle to pay you.

      Avantages

      Fast Forward is a very small company - employees wear a lot of hats which makes it a great place to gain experience, especially early in your career. It is a close knit team and everyone works incredibly hard. Lots of room for growth and a really fun industry.

      Inconvénients

      OT is not uncommon, but that's not unusual for the events industry.
