      Avantages

      Good company to work for! I was with the Lynchburg, VA location and the supervisors were incredibly helpful and my coworkers were very kind. The training procedures were top-notch and helped me feel very prepared.

      Inconvénients

      The BCBAs are through telehealth so sometimes that was difficult when dealing with difficult behaviors in clients.

      High turnover for levels of business including the executive level, managers, office staff, and clinicians.
