Avantages
If you enjoy working outside in all kinds of weather this is great. Seeing the outdoors of Maine, meeting all the various people that are still customers of landlines or data services. Driving vehicles that are at their minimum of repair on roads that are barely driveable in many areas. Management that are so understaffed and overworked you can get away with almost anything.
Inconvénients
Beat on the employees with unrealistic numbers that can only be fudged, and they know that. They just want to make these "numbers" that do not measure actual customer service or satisfaction. They have no regard for the plant to keep in operational. No time given for real preventative maintenance. An outside plant system being held together with Mardens duct tape and bread wrapper ties.
