      Avantages

      Some of the employees are very nice to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Poor Management, The CEO has a very bad attitude towards employees. Salary is always delayed by more than a month. They even make up silly excuses to cover up the delay. If we question them, they come up with some kind of plot against us, mostly "data theft" to get rid of us. Please don't work here, especially if you are starting your career.

      The work environment at ESPL was good, Colleagues of the same age group, Activity filled Fridays, Support and helpful Colleagues

      Inconvénients

      Management views on employees,Benefits and rewarding of employees,Fun at wok must improve,Less communication to employees from management side.

      Avantages

      ESPL is a good knowledge gaining center for fresh graduates coming out of colleges. The work environment is set to kick start a good career. The employees gain live project experience, Thanks ESPL for helping me kick start my career.

      Inconvénients

      Though you get the required work knowledge compensation is a major concern.
