      Avantages

      Decent pay and benefits packages. Good employees with family like atmosphere within some departments.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management does not communicate well with employees and mismanages funds. Pays vendors 60+ days out on net 30 accounts. Does not have a clear business path.

      Avantages

      Some of the best salaries out there. There can be a high work demand at times but it compensates a high amount. Honest supervision. Great coworkers. As far as the job I enjoyed seeing new things and solving new problems on a regular basis. Maybe the best job I have ever had. If anyone has any questions you can give me a call.       Inconvénients

      As long as you know what you can expect there aren't a lot of negatives. Sometimes there is a lot of travel (I enjoy it); sometimes there is monotonous work (I enjoy that as well). There are some dangers to the job but as long as you have situational awareness and follow the proper procedures I consider these minimal hazards.
