The culture here is deeply toxic, and it starts at the top. The C-suite’s self-serving behavior and lack of integrity have created an environment where unethical practices are the norm. Managers play favorites, manipulate their teams, and prioritize their own agendas over fairness or accountability. Leadership seems more interested in replacing people with AI than fostering genuine collaboration or valuing their employees. They go on podcasts to brag about it.
