Avantages
Work / Family balance - they are good about allowing time off. Very accepting of many types of people - co-workers are great to work with.
Inconvénients
Growth for the sake of growth is not good - too eager to push upgrades out without fully testing the software. The upgrades often break functionality that was working and very little care from Sr. Management to correct these issues so they just build up. Management - it was common practice to promote from within and promote the worst person on the team to manager.
