Security company with management on site which shamelessly violates its own policies, client’s policies and code of conduct, forces you to work extra days, and treat you in inhumane ways sometimes. Even if you report multiple harassment cases with camera footages (w/ camera name, date & time) + witnesses evidence, nothing will change. It is full of ridiculous characters in management, who might not even have a school degree and basic sense of respectful communication. I was even preached during my lunch break, even if i try to give a sign that it spoil my appetite, the work stress evoking preaching will continued during such off duty time. You might even receive threats via email with all site-related managerial levels in CC like it is normal. Honestly, it is the most insecure security people you can imagine.
