      Absolutely loved the employees and everyone worked together to get the job done.

      Inconvénients

      Corporate(UK) made decisions and there was no fight from local management at the end of my term. Be careful with what your told and what you get.

      Micromanagement Your company truck, which you can use as a personal vehicle has a tracker. Sales Director wants you to spend as little as possible on hotels, food and truck expenses likely because he is compensated on being under budget. Ownership and management make direct to consumer sales a priority, which causes issues with dealers, aside from the other challenges it creates. Director of Sales will lie to you every chance he gets. The company is very greedy
