Avantages

staff are friendly BUT that is it!

Inconvénients

LIARS! Deducted money constantly from salary, don't pay you commission or bonus, fines for everything. They need to realise you treat you staff life adults and they will put the work in. High staff turn over as they just treat you like dirt and ruin your mental health. Please take my word for this and avoid this place at all costs. If you are unwell they also refuse you to go home?!

Avantages

Monday to Friday job. Sometimes they would be quite flexible with working

Inconvénients

They would pay you minimum wage and add a bonus in top. You hardly ever got that bonus as they would fine you for things like, spelling a customers name incorrectly or their email address. Not sure how they got away with most things but they did. Stay away from the tinpot organisation
