      The office is filled with people that I love and would even consider family.

      Inconvénients

      Corporate impediments policies that disincentivize work, and does not allow good employees to be compensated for what they are actually worth. HUGE technician turnover rate, puts stress on middle management.

      Good work-life balance and supportive team culture. Projects feel meaningful because they support large federal programs. Flexible environment with opportunities to learn new tools like SQL and Power BI via internal platform, Pluralslight. Leadership is generally approachable and coworkers are collaborative and helpful.

      Inconvénients

      Salary growth can be slower than the private sector. Some processes are bureaucratic and decision-making can take time. Career progression paths are not always clearly defined, especially for analysts wanting to move into senior roles quickly.
