CyberCoders only hires experienced full-desk agency recruiters that have done both sales and recruiting for clients across the country. The company structure is fairly flat, not a ton of upper management, so it requires that people know what they are doing becuase you won't be micromanaged. It's a great place to work for those that want total control of their own income. Some of the top recruiters make well over 400K a year, but they have to work really hard to do that. Others that put more emphasis on work/life balance can still make very good money, but probably won't get to the top of the income scale. The commission package and bonus plan is very good, transparent and creates an environment that is motivating. The company has very advanced technology systems that makes our lives so easy to both acquire new clients and find more candidates. All the software is home grown and there is nothing on the market like it. The management team is great a listening to the wants/needs of the recruiters and implementing changes that make sense to make out lives easier. I'm so happy I came to work here and don't see myself leaving ever. I can make a lot of money and still have a life with my wife and kids.
Inconvénients
The one downside is the benefits only cover the employee so you have to pay for benefits for the rest of the family. If you work hard you'll make plenty of money to absorb that cost so it's not the biggest deal.
