Avantages
Honestly, I loved the actual job. and the clients are good people, interacting with them was great. Fun events and lots of food, the fridge is always stocked.
Inconvénients
a lot of micromanaging, the base group of women can often be cruel and talk badly about you within ear range. This happened to me and the new receptionist during my time (she quit quickly). Mr Everett seems to not know or care how new staff is treated by the old staff, he is pretty removed. The hours are long and there were lots of afterwork events often times meaning you won't get home until very late. No real benefits or vacation time.
