      Avantages

      They have full benefits including dental and a company matching stock and rrsp. Which is really nice to have and free glasses once a year for full time employees.

      Inconvénients

      Lower then average wages. Plua we unfortunately did not receive any wage increase this year do to the dollar falling so far ...

      Horrible base salary Horrible culture Discriminatory Was not impressed by Leadership team Seemed very arrogant but most unprofessional group of people I've ever witnessed in my 25+ year career Cult like Training program was like boot camp and trainers were unprofessional, had cliques, and were insulting These people are brainwashed If you are not brainwashed you don't fit in If you don't drink their cool aid they do everything in their power to discredit your abilities and let you go I have PTSD from my short time there They are brow beaters and not encouraging
