Avantages

Ericsson is a great place to make lasting international connection network. They have a great benefits package and the work is interesting.

Inconvénients

All decisions are finally made in Sweden. These can take some time. They seem to restructure every 2 years which puts a lot of strain on employees

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Inconvénients

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
