      1. Best place to start as fresher, you will get full ownership of the project 2. Office timings are flexible. 3. 5 working day 4. Transformation in progess will get to learn new technologies

      Inconvénients

      1. 10-12 hr working in certain critical projects. 2. Additional support work on weekly rotation basis. Extra compensation for this work is very less. 3. Increment is very limited.

      Avantages

      Good services, if they are supported properly. AE teams are a life saver for an AE.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of training on what the job actually requires. Lack of coordination of operations to sales, AE must do a lot of operational work to resolve ongoing issues and avoid cancellations.
