      - Realistic Targets for sales - New Management Team in Place - Autonomous from Parent - Great Comp package - Company Car allowance

      Inconvénients

      - Benefits are light, but good for a startup - Cant Hide, gotta do the work - Needs more people to cover territories... too much on my plate
