Top notch work truck and tools necessary for the job, you could get almost anything you needed to get the job done, mainly due to an amazing direct supervisor (after 4 of them)

Oh boy.. The upper management is the worst I've ever seen in any company I've ever been to. "you are family" and "not just a number", that was a breath of fresh air when we were recruited. That was a lie right outta the gate. Never heard another word from any of them. I loved the Job, I loved the work, I loved the challenge. I took pride in what I did and took pride in our team. But some Ill decisions ultimately led to our offices downfall. "let's merge 2 positions and fire half of the crew, we can do twice as much work with half the people". Saved money in the short run but couldn't supply the demand. Weren't hitting numbers and couldn't keep promises made to Point BB. That made you guys look like you had no idea how to run a business. And it clearly shows since the entire office was shut down within a year of that decision. Introduced me to A field I loved, and then it was ripped out of My fingers without a day's notice. We all appreciate that.
