      Great team; good work/life balance; a week off during Christmas/New Years. Two days off at Thanksgiving.

      Low pay compared to the amount of work being done.

      Avantages

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
