Avantages

What started as an academic internship transformed into an invaluable experience. As an Marketing and Public Relations intern, I took on many responsibilities. • Assembled an email marketing database of over 2,000 clients • Assisted with website design and updates • Endorsed promotional events and marketing opportunities • Expanded social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn • Prospected for customers and strategic business partnerships The Founder/CEO of EBP is an amazing person and I could not ask for anything else. He provided me with an opportunity to assist a start-up company and learn more about the sports industry. I would definitely recommend working for this organization if you want to gain experience in the sports/instruction industry.

Inconvénients

Like everything in life, EBP has its pros and cons. One of the biggest cons I experienced while working for this organization was its inability to effectively communicate with its employees. *If an organization wants to become successful, then it must communicate with its employees at all times (even if the organization received minor news, it is still a great idea to share that with everyone else). Another con of EBP was its inability to delegate tasks successfully. *The manager started out doing a great job at delegating tasks but then stopped doing it because they were sidetracked by other activities. Please do not be afraid to OVER communicate with EBP's management and staff. You can NEVER communicate too much.
