Avantages
Sally (President) is very nice person. Bagels every Friday. Business casual dress code but can also wear jeans. SOME of the employees are the nicest people around. Everyone has 2 larger computer monitors to work from.
Inconvénients
The parent company, MphasiS, in India pays no attention to Eldorado- doesn't give employees tools to perform their jobs. Eldorado is only about 90 employees out of the 35,000+ of MphasiS and they treat us that way. They expect us to work evenings, weekends, all the time- yet don't expect comp-time in exchange for the extra hours.
The payroll & benefits are run out of India & I hear of some employee seeming to have a problem it seems every pay-day. The pay is VERY LOW & raises and/or promotions are spoken about but not ever seen. The systems are antiquated for a software company. No growth opportunity or training available.
The 'other' employees from the ones referenced above are horrible & talk behind each others backs & 1 member of the 4 person Admin team is one of the bitchiest women I've ever met in my life!
