Uninspiring and weak leadership DT. Crazy controlling and abusive top creatives. No communication and political tactics modeled after Bond villains. Total inexperience and incompetence driving key decisions and strategy. Bad deals abound within and without. Would be surprised if the company survives the next twelve months. Would be surprised if leadership lasts another six months. Ask yourself before considering a job here "Why does this channel still exist?" and accept that the company is designed to permit a small group to take advantage of Univision while doing the bare minimum to service the small number of cable viewers sticking around to watch the channel circle the drain.
