When you sign the contract, they did not tell you all the extra work that you need to do. Many expected to only deliver tutorials, or prepare some material for that. But it was not mentioned there will be ongoing e-classes to complete, case note to compose (set goals, track progress etc), very long meetings, a final report to compose, calendar to always keep updating. Basically, all the admin staff will be thrown to you. They hire a lot of interns that - with the intention to do their job but have no idea how to do it, they have no formal work experiences so it causes a lot of inefficiency.
