      Avantages

      US office in Irvine, CA small number of employees. Great medical benefits, PTO, vacations. Flexible hours. Innovative datacenter products .

      Inconvénients

      Headquarter is in Taiwan which caused getting instant results and answers very difficult for customers. Primitive internal tool and heavy reliance on one person ( lazy and work there for ages) for stock availability . Your job and projects is screwed if she is not there or does not like you. Needs more employees to help streamline jobs and liaison to Taiwan. Management needs to take management courses. Uses Chinese toxic tactics like yelling, threats and verbal use. Sales people drop like flies, high turnover.

      Avantages

      • Colleagues are reportedly friendly and collaborative, making daily work more pleasant.  • The company offers fairly good employee welfare in some locations.  • As a hardware and networking OEM/ODM, Accton gives exposure to a broad product portfolio and complex projects.  • In Taiwan, employees rate Accton slightly higher (3.7/5) with praise for work variety and opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      • Compensation is often viewed as low or not competitive, especially given demands and long hours.  • Senior management is sometimes criticized for lack of consistency, shifting strategy, or low clarity in direction.  • Workload and project pressure are common complaints; “long hours” is repeatedly mentioned.  • In sales or business functions, there have been complaints of favoritism, lack of support, or unclear accountability.  • Turnover rates are viewed as high in some departments, making stability and long-term planning a concern.
