      Avantages

      Ecotrust, in the past, was awash with talent. Smart, mission driven staff and leadership with a clear goal. This is not an environmental non-profit. It is an investment company.

      Inconvénients

      That goal is gone. Utter chaos reigns. Leadership is secretive - making rash and poor decisions. Restructuring is their key tool for the last 2 years. Staff are leaking out and moving on to other, more stable organizations. HR is awful. And diversity is nonexistent.

      Avantages

      My experience at Ecotrust has included numerous opportunities to connect with partners, do interesting work throughout the region, and learn and grow personally and professionally.

      Inconvénients

      It is a dynamic workplace, and navigating change is a big part of the job.

      The event’s team is unfortunately highly understaffed. Work tensions can be high and employee morale can be low.
