      This position as well as many other administrative positions are terminal roles, with no advancement or growth potential

      Avantages

      Benefits, Ongoing Training, Uniform, Leadership. Probably the best place to be a medic in CO.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of acknowledgment of bad EMT/medic working relationship. Very little mutual respect from field trainers. Look elsewhere if looking to work on an ambulance as an EMT, regardless of experience.

      No major cons. Small organization so expect slower upward mobility.
