      Consistent work, great ESS and admin support.

      Inconvénients

      Having to find work everyday. Health insurance company is hard to get a hold of to set up coverage.

      Flexible hours and rotating workplaces

      Inconvénients

      Corporate is lazy and underpays. They pretend they give benefits, but the benefits offered are prohibitively expensive for nigh nonexistent coverage. Hours are not gaurunteed. There are few to no restrictions on who is allowed to teach kids. During the "Interview" (there wasn't an interveiw) they just did an unpaid eight hour orientation training that they pretended was an interveiw so they could steal your fairly earned wages. I hate these guys.
