      Big stable company, opportunities for growth and applying different skills, well-established processes, location communities, internal studying and level-ups, proper resource management institute

      Inconvénients

      big enterprises, low impact on processes from lower-level employees; high prices for customers and overhead - as a result long bench periods sometimes happen; demand on non-devs specialists is low for the last couple of years.
