      Avantages

      Stable position guaranteed once you are employed and passed probation period. Not too much bureaucracy. Smart and helpful colleagues.

      Inconvénients

      Too complicated to grow your carrier and salary. Almost impossible to select or change a project, or a team. Tasks are not enough challenging, as company just sells your brains and hands.

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
