      Avantages

      Everyone at EBA is kind, supportive and welcoming. Project managers allow for a fair bit of flexibility with scheduling, as long as you have forty hours on your time sheet each week. Decent balance of field work and office time, and some of the project sites are really beautiful. The pay was pretty good considering how straightforward the work was.

      Inconvénients

      There did seem to be some promoting from within, but it seemed that folks were mostly content to plug away at the same type of work for their entire careers.

      Avantages

      I first started as a civil engineer in 1998. I thank EBA for providing EBA with my first professional work experience. I have had the opportunity to work a wide range of projects and EBA allowed me freedom to best utilize my abilities. The leaders were always available to guide me when needed and supported me when called upon. I have worked at other firms since first starting at EBA but returned to EBA since it was the best culture for me. I have been back since 2007.

      Inconvénients

      There is always room for improvement. The leaders are always thoughtful of employee welfare. There are business realities just like anywhere.
