Avantages
The only upside is that you'll learn what kind of company you don't want to work for in the future. Some of the co-workers are great people, trying their best despite the chaos. The original founder, Jay, seemed to know what was going on - unfortunately he is long gone.
Inconvénients
Where to begin? The culture here is toxic. Leadership is completely out of touch with what employees need to succeed. The CEO lacks any vision or clear direction, leading to constant changes in priorities and a business model that feels doomed from the start. It's clear that there's no long-term strategy, and we're often scrambling to meet short-term, unrealistic goals.
The environment is disorganized and demoralizing. It's impossible to get any real work done when you're constantly firefighting and dealing with miscommunication. There's no real investment in employee well-being, and morale is at an all-time low.
