      Avantages

      Decent pay and bonuses. Owners are good people.

      Inconvénients

      long hours, stressful, district manager is poor leader, no real opportunity for advancement, very costly medical insurance - average employee can not afford-family plan $98 a week!, only four paid holidays and managers don't get extra day for holiday
