Avantages
I only liked it because it was close to home, toxic environment amongst employees, they all talk behind your back and try to get you written up, other feels above you just because they've been there ,there whole miserable lives. Family owned so when something doesn't work out they will terminate the GM
Inconvénients
No raises, no bonuses, but the owner did say one time that he was 'recently married' and purchased" a beautiful home in the area"... yearly round of lay-offs, i survived two rounds after the GM at the time called me lazy and unproductive , when the other person i had to work with refused to do work, because they are friends with the owners daughter and being covered from neck to feet in tattoos is cool. (they'll know who i am from this comment)
