      One of a kind projects.

      Inconvénients

      Awful management. No work life balance, senior managers expect you to work day and night to meet unrealistic deadlines. Doesn't care about your personal career goals, little room for advancement, company is saturated with VPs. Low pay.

      Avantages

      Interesting work ranging from telescopes to people moving rides. The technical challenge of creating large structures to move people safely was the best thing about working there.

      Inconvénients

      Mismanagement of resources, inadequate funding, working in silos and tossing problems over the fence to other departments was everyday business there. The place needs a big change in culture and it could turn around.
