      Avantages

      Money is good, Work is fast paced and involved. Good people.

      Inconvénients

      VPs and Management are tough to reason with. There are alot of big egos at the top level and there seems to be a lack of common sense among some of them. The culture seems to be "we have done it this way forever, why would we change it"
