The company administration are used car salesperson types. They will say anything to get you in the door, they will abuse your contract, they'll lie to your face and to the client(s) which can put you in a severely awkward and tense spot. They only care about their $$ coming in, not the students as they claim. Problematic and dangerous officers are not terminated, only moved to the next school. Keep your issues to yourself as their "chain of command" does not look out for the officer. THIS IS NOT A FULL TIME POSITION. You are only paid when you work and when there is school.
