Avantages

Access to state of the art photographic equipment. Good discounts on gear and photo finishing. Sales staff is passionate about photography. Store managers are friendly and focused on doing the best.

Inconvénients

Upper management is slow to change as trends shift in the photographic market. No real path for advancement. Commission structure should end and people should be better paid.

Avantages

Cool for a couple months. Great discount on equipment / lab services, lots of learning opportunities, networking with local professionals and product representatives.

Inconvénients

Base pay is less than minimum wage and commission is not the best, with no willingness to improve. Little to no marketing to bring in more business. Any available promotions are usually not worth it. They claim to be flexible with scheduling but they really aren't. Very self-sabotaging, and it's hard to get people to stay for long.
