Inconvénients
The bathroom is utterly gross. No trust from anyone. Everyone is out to get each other in the admin office. Every single decision runs through a Controller...who can't effectively manage 30 people. Especially if they drink the night before. They have a saying - The Dixie Way - So they play by their own rules, and every day the rules change. Like working for in the Wild, Wild West. They want you to work your weekends, late...they think they own you once you accept the job. Thing is they don't tell you in the interview that you have to work all weekend or late. Things you should know BEFORE you say yes. Unlawful...in every way. Scheme people out of their money. Sad part is this business makes money "legally"' I'm told. So it will be around for a while.
