      Avantages

      Very accessible parking but, if the company grows more it will run out.

      Inconvénients

      - Salaries don't increase with inflation or for any reason. - The company executives are very poor at listening to anyone other than themselves. They struggle very much with delegation of power. - Proper tools are not provided for employees to do their jobs effectively. - Employee morale is very low across the organization.

      Fast paced work environment that requires self-motivated and out of the box thinkers.

      Nice people to work with. Products very interesting to work with. Small company - potential for advancement if the company grows.

      Inconvénients

      Poor documentation for technicians. Hard to break into the team, new employees treated as an outsider.
